CSI that works

  

The FirstRand Foundation and Tshikululu Social Investments hosted the 11th in a series of events showcasing 'CSI that works' at the FNB Training Centre in Sandton on Tuesday, 27 February 2018.

  

The event showcased the Leaders’ Awards Sabbatical Programme (LAP), which addresses succession planning and capacity in the non-profit sector.

  

Speakers

Keynote address: Honorable Hendrietta Bogopane-Zulu, Deputy Minister: Department of Social Development

LAP Experiences and Lessons Learned: Bright Mnisi, Avante Advisory Services CEO.

Journey as Interim Leader, and Becoming Executive Director after the LAP: Phumzile Rakosa, executive director of Lefika La Phodiso.

Using the LAP to Plan for Retirement - Christine Waldie, CEO: Lesedi Educare Association.


The addresses were followed by a facilitated panel discussion, and question and answer session with the following participants:
