FirstRand has defined its stakeholders as entities and individuals that are significantly affected by its activities and those which have the ability to impact the Group's strategies and objectives. 
Stakeholder engagement
FirstRand’s stakeholder policies are developed and implemented at both Group and subsidiary levels. In cases where policies are required to address specific needs of business units and their stakeholders, these policies are developed and applied at business unit level with appropriate Group oversight via the executive committee.
